Our Country Inn is designed for people who need a shed for storage, but want something with a little more style. There are multiple color options and siding options to choose from including Vinyl siding, Perma Board in a Stucco finish or Wood Grain and Aluminum Lap with a baked enamel finish. The Country Inn also has many roof options including shingles, Perma Tile Steel, Advantage Panel Steel or Aluminum Lap. We offer an optional porch to give the building some style.
Superior Sheds prefabricates all of our sheds in a controlled environment which means all phases of construction have been tested and inspected before delivery to your home or place of business. All our sheds are state approved and bear the insignia of approval of the Florida DCA and/or Florida DBPR which makes permitting a snap.

    • SIZES AVAILABLE

    • 8′, 10′, 12′ & 14′ widths – Lengths from 8′ to 40′

    • ROOF OPTIONS

    • Shingles, Perma Tile Steel, Advantage Panel Steel with 1/2″ Plywood or Aluminum Lap 1/2″ Plywood base. Multiple color options.

    • TRUSS SYSTEM

    • Manufactured Truss system with overhang- 84″ sidewalls in either 24" or 16″ on center.

    • SIDE WALLS

    • Vinyl Siding with a vapor barrier – Perma Board siding in a Stucco or Wood grain look – Aluminum Lap with baked enamel finish.

    • SKIDS/FLOOR JOISTS

    • Standard 4″ X 4″ pressure treated skids. 2″ X 6″ pressure treated floor joist attached to skids with Simpson Hurricane Fastening Systems, approximately 24″ centers or 16″ centers.

    • DECKING

    • 3/4″ tongue and groove Sturdi Floor is Standard. Advantech is also available.

    • OPTIONS

    • Variety of entry doors, garage doors, windows, vents, as well as a “PORCH” option. Multiple color options.

    • WIND LOAD

    • 170 mph as calculated by Florida Standard Building Code ASCE7-98 3 second gusts (Exposure C) and Available in 200 MPH (Exposure D)

    • FLOOR LOAD

    • 75 lbs. per square foot; optional 125 lbs. per square foot.

    • STATE APPROVAL

    • Florida State Approved and inspected; insignia and data plate in each building; deemed to comply with state and local construction requirements. Florida Statute 553.37(3)(5)

    • PERMITS

    • Local municipalities require permits; Superior Sheds guides the homeowner through the process. We make it easy.

    • ENGINEERED DRAWINGS

    • Copies of State Certified drawings and Florida Approval letter provided upon purchase.
